The Event organiser is Greenmount Scout Group, Charity Number XN306101. Online Ticket Sales are managed by CK Enterprises Group Ltd.
Greenmount Scout Bonfire, CK Enterprises Group Ltd Staff, the Security Team and its volunteers reserves the right to refuse admission to any person without reason. Any person found to be under the influence of Drugs or Alcohol with be reused entry, and may be reported to the Police.
Tickets must be printed off off or shown on phone and ready for scanning at the entrance, please note a confirmation will not be accepted, the barcode must be presented for scanning.
All Tickets are scanned upon entrance and are only valid 1 time entry, should you need to leave the event and return please speak to a Marshall on the gate. The photocopying of tickets is strictly forbidden, all tickets are individually numbered and scanned upon entrance.
No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace tickets that have been lost or stolen, nor will such tickets be refunded.
To prevent fraud and protect Greenmount Scouts and CK Enterprises Group Ltd and you, we may carry out checks and/or you may be asked to provide additional information (such as a copy of a credit or debit card statement, or a form of ID) after your booking so we can verify your purchase. If we suspect fraud we may cancel any order or tickets.

No private fireworks or sparklers
Strictly no alcohol on site
We DO NOT require any private donations of wood – none is too be dumped by the public on site before the event. We only have to skip all the rubbish.
All our stalls are manned by volunteers with all funds being kept by the Scout Group. We do not need any commercial stall operators.
